By purchasing a ticket for Silhouette Sessions, you confirm that:

• You are voluntarily participating in physical exercise and understand the nature of the activities involved.
• You are physically fit and have no medical conditions or injuries that would prevent safe participation.
• You will inform the instructor of any injuries, limitations or health concerns before the session begins.
• You understand that participation is at your own risk.
• Silhouette Pilates and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss or damage sustained during or in connection with the event.
• Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest with prior notice.
• Silhouette Pilates reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue or format where necessary.
